Rules & Regulations

Age requirements- All pets must be at least 4 months old for daycare, and 6 months old for boarding. At 1 year of age, they must be fixed.

Vaccinations- All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and must provide proof from their pet's health provider. Vaccinations include Rabies, Distemper, and Bordatella. Bordatella is required every 6 months, regardless of your veterinarian's recommendations. 

Health- Pets must be spayed or neutered by 1 year old and in good health. If your pup starts her heat cycle before getting spayed she can't come back until she is spayed or she will be in isolation.

Kennel Cough- If your dog has/had kennel cough or any symptoms like runny nose and goopy eyes etc., we require them to either have a clean bill of health from their Vet or they must wait 10 days after the start of their medication AND until their symptoms have resolved to return for daycare or boarding. Our goal is to keep all your pups happy and healthy! 

Reservations and Cancellations- Reservations are required for Daycare and Boarding, and we require a credit card on file to secure the reservation. For daycare cancellations please email the day before or the day of before noon to avoid a charge.  If you are a no-call, no-show for Daycare you will be charged the FULL amount for the day. 

The last day to cancel a boarding reservation is the 4th day before the start of the reservation. After that, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. 

For boarding reservations that fall during the Holidays, the reservation must be canceled 14 days before the start date. If the reservation is canceled after that, you will forfeit your $100 deposit. 

Cancellation notice- All cancellations must be in writing, this can either be done via email, Gingr SMS or Gingr customer portal. 

Holiday boarding- **Starting November 1st, 2023, we require a 3-night minimum for Holiday boarding. If you choose to pick up before the 3-night minimum, the card on file will be charged for the whole reservation.

Late check-out fee- For some dogs checking out after 11:00 A.M., you will be charged a half-day of daycare. This is not applicable on Sundays as we are closed between 10 am-5 pm. **Starting November 1st, 2023, if your dog checks out after 6:00 P.M. you will be charged $2 per minute.
